We operate three mass timber manufacturing facilities across North America:

  • Mercer Conway, Conway, Arkansas (US South)
  • Mercer Spokane, Spokane, Washington (Pacific Northwest)
  • Mercer Okanagan, Okanagan Falls, British Columbia (Western Canada)

Each site is strategically located near regional fiber sources to streamline logistics and shorten lead times.

Shipping and receiving hours vary by location. Most of our facilities operate Monday through Friday during standard business hours. For the most accurate schedule, including holiday closures or weather-related changes, please reach out to the facility directly at 1-888-858-9887.

While most of our supply goes through coordinated project delivery, we do offer select material pickup or shipment options for distributors and repeat customers. If you’re looking to buy directly from one of our plants, please contact our business development team.

Yes, by request. We offer limited tours for project partners, design teams, and academic groups. Advanced scheduling required. 

Yes. We conduct product Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and publish third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for CLT and glulam—supporting LEED, Living Building Challenge, and other low-carbon goals. (EPDs are the verified summaries of our LCAs.)

Yes—when required. Our Conway, Arkansas facility produces both CLT and glulam, while Spokane, Washington manufactures CLT. This enables full BABA compliance for eligible projects. Certificates and documentation are provided upon request.
